BURSA (IGFA) – In the 4th Foot Tennis Bursa Championship organized by Kestel Municipality, 32 groups competed fiercely at the Kestel district stadium. Kestel Mayor Ferhat Erol as well as sports fans also participated in the 3-day tournament.
Noting that they are proud to contribute to the developing sport of foot tennis, Leader Erol said, “Young people loved this sport. “As Kestel Municipality, we will always be your support,” he said. Kestel Municipality Sports Director Bilal Seven said that they successfully completed the tournament in which they worked in harmony with the Foot Tennis Federation, and noted that they were determined to make Kestel a sports district.

Foot Tennis Federation Provincial Representative Yasin Avcı also thanked Kestel Municipality for their support and said, “They supported this sport that young people love. Foot tennis suited Kestel very well. I would like to express my gratitude to our leader Ferhat Erol for his reinforcements. Hopefully we will hold the Turkish Foot Tennis Championship in Kestel next year. “This suits the district very well,” he said.
Akdeniz Yay won the championship in the Foot Tennis Bursa Championship, which was followed with interest by sports fans for 3 days. While the second place went to Demko Team, Hürmet Bursa had the joy of third place.
Kestel Mayor Ferhat Erol gave the cups to the winners. Akdeniz Yay will represent Bursa in the Foot Tennis Türkiye Championship.
